Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to work with me. To ensure we both get the most out of our time together, please take a moment to read and agree to the following terms before booking: Booking All consultations are held online via Zoom (or preferred video platform). You will receive a confirmation email with your session link after booking. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in genuine emergencies. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the rescheduling link in your confirmation email, or by contacting me directly at racheldown@hotmail.com Sessions cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. No-Shows If you miss your session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your session. Lateness Please log in on time. Sessions will begin promptly and end at the scheduled time, even if you are late. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited. Refunds Due to the nature of these sessions and the time allocated, no refunds are offered once a consultation has been completed. If you are unable to attend, your session may be transferred to someone else (please notify me in writing). ⸻ By booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.
